Admin, Edit Warranty Plan - if there are no engine hours and a reason has been entered on the front end, this information is mission from the admin area.
Also, 'No Engine Hours' has been selected, only send missing info email if reason is 'not to hand'
Within Admin > Lookups > No Engine Hours Reason - Need to extend this section by adding a tick box "Hours Required". This will determine whether we should still be sending the email based on whether the engine as logged hours or not.
